   -8 Sessions, 30min each
   -Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs

Swim Skills Workshops
   -Each Workshop if 30 mins
   -Approx 15 per week at various times
   -Each workshop is designed to focus on a                  specific area of swim or stoke
          improvement
   -Preregistration is recommended and 5 mins              prior to class will be release to walk-ins

Parent and Child Aquatics Level 1 (Tadpole) - Intro to Water

​Builds basic water safety skills for both parents and children, helping infants and young children ages 6 months to about 3 years become comfortable in the water so they are willing and ready to learn to swim. These basic skills include adjusting to the water environment, showing comfort while maintaining a front or back position in the water and demonstrating breath control, including blowing bubbles or voluntarily submerging under water
Level 1 – Introduction to Water (Tadpole)
Prerequisites: None















Parent and Child Aquatics Level 2 (Frog)-Comfort in Water

​Builds basic water safety skills for both parents and children, helping infants and young children ages 6 months to about 3 years become comfortable in the water so they are willing and ready to learn to swim. These basic skills include adjusting to the water environment, showing comfort while maintaining a front or back position in the water and demonstrating breath control, including blowing bubbles or voluntarily submerging under water
Level 2 – Comfort in Water (Frog)
Prerequisites: Students entering this level must possess a Level 1 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 1 skills

Gives young children about ages 4 and 5 a positive, developmentally appropriate aquatic learning experience that emphasizes water safety, survival and foundational swimming concepts. Skills are age-appropriate, helping participants achieve success on a regular basis while in a class environment with their peers. Level 1 – Safe Water Entry and Exits (Starfish)

Preschool Aquatics Level 2 – Motion in Water (Jellyfish)

Gives young children about ages 4 and 5 a positive, developmentally appropriate aquatic learning experience that emphasizes water safety, survival and foundational swimming concepts. Skills are age-appropriate, helping participants achieve success on a regular basis while in a class environment with their peers. Level 2 – Motion in Water (Jellyfish)
Prerequisites: Students entering this level must possess a Level 1 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 1 skills

Gives students success with fundamental skills
Prerequisites: Students entering this level must possess a Level 1 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 1 skills

​Builds on skills in Level 2 through additional guided practice in progressively deeper water
Prerequisites: Students entering this level must possess a Level 2 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 2 skills

Swimming Lessons Level 4 - Stroke Improvement (Marlin)

Develops confidences in the skills learned thus far and to improves other aquatic skills

​Provides further coordination and refinement of strokes

Snorkeling 1, intro to snorkeling

Prerequisites: Students entering this level must possess a Swimming Lessons Level 3 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 3 skills. Learn how to properly fit, defog Mask, gain a general confort in the water snorkeling.

Snorkeling 2, Beginner water skills

Prerequisites: Students entering this level must possess a Level 1 certificate or demonstrate all the Level 1 skills. Provides further coordination and refinement of snorkeling skills

PADI Skin Diver

Skin diving is snorkeling while making breath-hold dives to observe aquatic life, up close and personal. It’s a great way to explore the underwater world when you’re not able to scuba dive or if scuba diving just isn’t your thing. The PADI Skin Diver course teaches you how to enjoy watching life below the surface and comfortably venture underwater for short visits, whether you dive in a local freshwater lake or the big blue ocean, at home or on holiday at a dive destination.To enroll in a PADI Skin Diver course, you must be at least 8 years old. You need adequate swimming skills and comfort in the water. No prior experience is required.
